In some cases, their responsibilities grow as well. When it comes to bosses, they are either part of the people who changed or they have always been the way they are. This is a problem for some employees, as the bosses’ inability to organize the workflow or motivate the team could be bad for them in multiple ways. The list below is dedicated exactly to this kind of boss type. They always manage to do something appealing or they push the line continuously. The list is full of notes that bossess left to their employees, making them do or comply with something that is ridiculous or inappropriate.

This person probably thought that this note was supposed to be motivational and demanding, but it is obvious that this is nothing but a list of requirements that sound a bit too harsh, regardless of the situation at that time. We believe the staff members who saw it were not happy at all about it.

Here is yet another example of a boss who thought that being witty and sarcastic was the way to communicate with their employees, but it was obviously a mistake. Putting a sign like this means that the boss has zero respect for their employees and only thinks of them as a brute workforce and nothing else.

Well, this is one peculiar note that looks like nothing we have seen before. The fact that there is a dress code to follow does not surprise us, but the demand from this boss is puzzling. They want all their employees to pay for following this dress code, which is ridiculous.
4. The shift
Putting your employees to the test is not always easy, but it is very simple sometimes, as long as you know the purpose of this whole thing. The boss who decided to put that note where everyone can see it surely wanted to provoke everyone, and we believe this was exactly what happened. As you can see, it is something that is not sarcastic at all, but offensive and even vile.
5. The bank
Well, this is something different when compared to the previously posted notes. It almost seems innocent, but then you start thinking about it and realize that it is not innocent at all. As you can see, this is a note that informed all employees about the free snack, but it was a banana, which surely has a different meaning.

There are many ways in which you can make a person do what you want. One of the ways that always work is being polite and explaining why you want the thing you need them to do. In this case, the approach was entirely different, and it was surely not the best one. It appears that the person who was supposed to do this would never do it when asked like that.
7. The charity
The caption on this image is straight on point and we can all see why. It appears that the boss who decided to put this note for everyone to see was not aware of the actual meaning of the word donation. It means that someone who wants to give money to charity would do it willingly, and forcing them to do it is not a donation and is not related to charity.
8. The cashier
We have all heard about places where they have too many demands for employees, and it always seems that these stories were a bit too exaggerated. In this case, there is no need for additional proof, and we guess that the boss who came up with all these things is surely not the most pleasant person to work for.

Well, there you have it. Even when a minion is included in a message from a boss to their employees, things could end up in something that is not a good idea. At first glance, this looks like something fun, but once you read it, you realize that the whole note is the exact opposite of fun.

The rules some employers decide to enforce on their staff members are sometimes fair and they make sense, but this is not the case here. We understand why there is such a rule, but the punishments seem to be too harsh, to say the least, and the whole note sounds menacing and unpleasant for everyone who sees it.

Talking about the things bosses should avoid doing, this is one of those things. As you can see, the boss of this place did not want their employees to be late, and this is something that makes sense, of course. The thing that bothers us when we read this note is the punishment, similar to the note posted above. It appears that the person who would like to make their employees think how wrong it is to be late would need to find a different approach.

Trying to make the most of your business is important, and you need to make sure that you get the biggest income possible, meaning that reducing costs is a must. Still, trying to make it work by taking money from the people who run the business for you is a huge no-no. This is a note that surely puzzled the employees of this place, and for good reason.
13. The water
The basic comfort an employer must provide for their staff members is surely something they would appreciate. Having beverages and snacks is something ordinary, but it appears to be a privilege in some companies. In this case, the privilege was taken away from the employees.
