People sometimes create remarkable things, and we are sure that art and design are among them. The wonders created by talented individuals everywhere are everywhere around us, from candy wrappers to buildings. Everything comes down to design, and the more complicated it is, the more brilliant it surely is. Of course, there are exceptions when simple equals genius. The list below focuses entirely on impressive design that stands out from the rest.
1. The cup
If you love car rides, you probably love drive-through restaurants, too. It seems that many people would love to have all the devices that could help them when they need or want to eat inside the car. This cup is a dream come true when it comes to such moments, and we want one set of these.
2. The therapy
Most people usually go to a specific type of therapy, depending on their needs and preferences, and we know that there are different facilities to turn to when you need assistance or guidance. Still, on library decided to provide its customers with special light therapy stations, which is awesome.
3. The reseal
Here is how some of the best things in life can be the simplest ones. As you can see, this person took a picture of their favorite waffles, but they were different from one moment on. The difference was due to the reseal tape stripe that was introduced to this packaging, and it allowed the waffles to stay fresh for longer.
4. The menu
Menus come in all shapes and sizes, but there are some that put others to shame. There is nothing better than an informative menu that displays everything you need you need to know, and you instantly have access to information that would require you to read a lot of text. This is one perfect example of that.
5. The barcode
Knowing that there are at least a dozen toilet paper brands in every store, you would hardly be attracted to one in particular, as there are not that many differences between them, except for the price, maybe. Still, some manufacturers manage to create the best packaging for their products, and this one is our favorite.
6. The towel
They say that the smallest details make the biggest difference, and we agree with that. There is no telling just how many times we have seen products or businesses that show attention to detail, and they were all thriving, that’s for sure. As you can see, this hotel offered a tiny bonus for their guests – towels folded in the shape of a dog.
7. The appliance
Here is one appliance that looks unusual, and there is a good reason for that. We guess that the fact that someone noticed it at an airport would explain why it has a curious design. It is obvious that the hand dryer was supposed to look like a pilot’s hat, and we think that it resembles exactly that.
8. The sign
We have all seen notification signs and boards while commuting. Most buses, trams, and subway cars have these, and they serve only one purpose: being informative to all commuters. It seems that people riding this train probably immediately noticed this small but cute pixelated animation of train on the sign, and that is a nice touch.
9. The lid
One person took a picture of something that is so common we hardly pay attention to. That is correct, we’re talking about takeaway cups’ lids. There are almost no differences between the lids offered in any fast-food locations, but the one you see here is different. As you can tell, it has a nice design featuring an opening for drinking it without a straw.
10. The cable
Here is how one person found something small, but very cool. No, this is not a string of Christmas light, at least it is not its main purpose. As you can probably tell, the cable is fairly short, and this is because it serves a different purpose. The cable is actually meant for charging devices, but it has lights as well, just for fun.
11. The images
We all know what having the urge to go to the toilet feels like, and we cannot wait to get inside and do our business. This often happens when we are in a public place or a restaurant, for example. All these places have distinctive signs on men’s and ladies’ room doors, and they all look the same. Not these two, though. They are brilliant, to say the least.
12. The card
Yes, this is a gift card, and it is probably the most awesome one ever created. As you can see, it is a great scale model of the solar system as we know it, and it is very informative. Such an educational card is always a good idea, but we think that it might turn out to be better than the gift itself.
13. The tree
Here is how one person solved a problem that some consider being a huge burden. We are convinced that some people are not keen on decorating a huge Christmas tree, and they would love to avoid such a responsibility. One individual solved the problem by designing a tree painting that was later decorated with lights.
14. The sticky notes
Here is a picture that contains a special marketing lesson. As you can see, this shipping company provided its clients with notes that every office needs, and that is a must, but there is a more intriguing detail. The base of the cube of notes is a tiny pallet, just like the ones used by the shipping company.
15. The noodles cup
Here is one more example of how great design can be found in the simplest things possible. As you can see, someone came up with an idea related to a cup of noodles, more particularly its lid. There are tiny holes on the edge of the lid, making it easier for the noodles to be drained.
16. The dog
We all know how donation boxes look like, and we think that despite the good cause, a donation box should be attractive and able to invite more people to contribute to the charity or the cause of the campaign. As you can see here, one organization managed to create the most attractive donation point ever.
17. The instruction
People must very careful when they cross a street. This is one of the things some of us neglect, but it could save lives of not done properly. Staying alert is a must, and these instructions are the best one we have seen so far. They are literal and give the best advice that guarantees your safety.
18. The dishwasher
Dishwashing machines have been around for quite some time now, and we’ve grown to like them so much that we cannot live without them. It seems that there are particular differences between the models on the market we had no idea about. As you can see here, one machine has a specially designed place for washing chopsticks. That’s awesome.
19. The gas pump
It seems that people who are able to create the kind of design meant to make disabled people’s lives easier are the best! Some individuals push the envelope by making everyday tasks simpler for those who have special needs. The additional button pad mounted on this gas pump is the perfect example.
20. The packaging
We must preserve nature at all costs, and there are a million ways to do that. For example, reducing plastic is one awesome way to achieve this, but some people take things further. This fully recyclable ice pack is one of the best examples we could think of.
