Some people have a keen eye for noticing things that are either weird or not as they should be. It appears that this is a real talent, and we have seen how individuals can notice the type of thing we have missed hundreds of times before under similar conditions. This is true, and we are glad such moments are sometimes pictured for everyone to see. This is how we get to share and enjoy them. The list below shows how some of these things impressed people enough to take a picture and capture the moment.
1. The snowflakes
This person was puzzled by the fact that there was a great difference in how this sealed container full of artificial snowflakes looked when tilted one way or another. It is actually nothing complicated, just simple math: the shape of the object creates this peculiar illusion.
2. The cup
Here is how one person shared something that baffled them, and we could not blame them for it, as it is the kind of thing we have yet to see. There is a reason for the strange shape of this measuring cup. It melted like that when the person put it in the microwave, and we have no clue why it was became like that.
3. The skates
Now, this is something that could easily make anyone’s jaw drop, and you can easily miss it if you are not careful. As you can see, these skates have something like a graphic on them, and it looks like an X-ray image of the foot. In fact, this is simply dust stuck on the suede part of the skate.
4. The tortoise
Here is something that we find very curious, to say the least. Some people prefer to have unconventional pets, such as tortoises, and this one is a bit different from the rest we have seen so far. The animal has a perfect paw print on one of its limbs, and that looks awesome.
5. The cat
We know that cats are probably the most curious of animals, and those who have at least one feline at home can easily confirm this. Still, some cats are easy to spot when they try to sneak on you and when they spy on you secretly from a hideout. This one, for example, is missing an eye and peeks behind the corner like this. How cute!
6. The mannequins
The era of perfect mannequins is long gone, and for good. There are many people out there who do not fit the perfect shapes we are used to seeing in malls and shops. In fact, most people probably never get to look as perfect as a mannequin, and this is why realistic ones are more appropriate.
7. The sign
We know how some people prefer to get their offers without any kind of social interaction, and we understand why that is important to them. Still, there are moments when they are unable to read clearly the signs and price tags here and there, which do not make it easier for them. This car ad, however, became visible long after it was removed from this person’s car.
8. The face
There are people who work tirelessly all day long, and their working conditions are not one bit pleasant. The person you see here is one of those workers who doesn’t rest until the job is done. He even has the mask imprint to prove this, and he probably needed a shower badly.
9. The rock
Yes, this is not a rock, but an ice cream sandwich, and we absolutely love it. Even better, we would like to add it to our belongings, and we believe it would be impossible, as such rocks are surely one-offs. This one looks very realistic and we hope nobody tried to eat it.
10. The bill
We think we have seen it all, but you can see that there are things we have yet to witness in real life. As you have noticed, this is no ordinary bill. The software at this restaurant automatically divides the bill, so you and your mates can know what you need to pay. This is awesome and weird at the same time.
11. The statue
Some people try to raise awareness by doing something that seems impossible to achieve, and we respect that, especially when it is for a good cause. This incredible statue was created in a painstaking process and is entirely build by hand to raise awareness of an important matter.
12. The ice
Frozen lakes are amazing, and they never get boring to us. People who live nearby one are probably not impressed when it is icy throughout most of the year, but we like this phenomenon. In this case, the ice froze in a very peculiar way, and we have never seen such a thing.
13. The machine
Most agricultural machines have a hard time due to the harsh conditions they are put through every day. This is what they were designed to do, of course, and they can endure anything. In this case, however, there was obviously an extraordinary obstacle ahead of this machine.
14. The shower
We have never seen such a device and we need this in our lives! As you can see, this shower is not an ordinary one, as it has a thermometer. This is an awesome feature, especially for those who are used to showering with water that’s about the same temperature every time.
15. The sink
In addition to the post above, we just had to include this sink, and you can see why we like it so much. The sink has an integrated lighting module that illuminates the sink in the right color depending on the temperature of the water running. This is a neat feature.
16. The airplane
We guess that flying on an airplane is a thrilling experience for one, but a boring routine for others. As you can see, this plane would be nothing but exciting, even for those who have been on a plane a thousand times. The reason is the toilet window we see for the first time.
17. The ship
Talking about fancy but unconventional bathrooms and restrooms, this is a picture that we need to share at all costs. It was taken in the bathroom of a fancy cruise ship, and we think that there is no other bathroom in this world with such a view.
18. The perfume
Wow, this is something incredible, and we believe that you have never seen such a perfume, as we have never seen a similar one until now. We understand that this is an artifact, as it is a century-old piece, but we wonder if it is still usable. It glows in the dark, too.
19. The chair
This is one ordinary image, at least upon taking a single look. A person fell asleep on a chair, and someone decided to take a picture. Nothing curious to see, right? Well, there is one thing. The person’s back created a perfectly straight line, and that is unusual.
20. The office
This is what happened after a person returned to their office after a really long break. It seems that the untouched mouse and cable create a curious pattern due to all the dust that fell on the desk, and this creates a spooky appearance.
