The things we accept as common in our everyday lives are not always exciting, but sometimes they have additional features that create a weird effect. The list below focuses on such things. Users on Reddit shared the common things they saw that had a seemingly creepy twist, and they are all worth sharing.
1. The furniture
Some people are keen on arranging their homes to perfection, but others prefer to leave stuff here and there. In this case, one person’s furniture obviously resembled the last thing you would like to see before going to bed or when you wake up in the middle of the night.
2. The camera
All kids have their favorite toy. It seems that some cannot spend a minute away from it, and this is especially true when it comes to bedtime. In this case, one night vision camera captured a huge Tiger plush toy. Its stripes are obviously gone, and this is an effect that we never expected to see.
3. The dog
In case you are wondering, there is a dog underneath this pile of clothes. Dogs and cats are known to cuddle under piles of clothes and other things. They like to hide a lot, but the things they sometimes do can be surprising, to say the least. Canines can easily scare their humans, and this peeking dog is no different.

It seems that many people never build fences around their yards, and the reason for that is the nature around their property, at least in some cases. People do not want to detach their homes from the surroundings, meaning that they sometimes see things like this. The picture shows a pack of deer in one’s yard during night.

Some people try to be creative with their advertising, and it often makes sense to do that, as the end result is often great. Sometimes, however, the attempt to put up an advertisement can backfire massively. We are not sure why they chose to add these quotation marks, but they do not belong there.

It seems that marketing a product is not all that hard, and it only takes a clever packaging and a quality product. This is more than enough to have market success, and once people try it, they would be happy to recommend it. Still, you must be careful about the packaging. For instance, this pie is said to contain finger, and we hope it doesn’t.
7. The toy
There are hundreds of thousands of toys out there, and we believe that one could always find what they are looking for. Still, some of the toys on the market are way too weird for everyone’s taste, we guess. This is one such example, and we have no clue what this is supposed to be.
8. The mask
The best thing in life is to have kids, and some people describe them as the meaning of life. We are convinced that everyone loves their offspring in a different way, and some raise them to be a spitting image of themselves. With that said, we believe this family loves Halloween way too much.
9. The turkey
We haven’t seen something more gruesome than the thing you see pictured here. This is an actual ad that someone shared, and we cannot stress enough how creepy this is. There are things that should never exist, and we believe that this creation should never be replicated.
10. The bathtub
Some people love decorating their backyards and they never stop doing it until it is a finished project based on their personal preferences. They would stop at nothing to achieve the result they strive for. Others, however, could not care less about how their yard looks, and the person who left this bathtub there is obviously part of the latter.
11. The smile
Well, we never thought that we would have to comment on a sponge, but this day has come. There are many things we could say about it, but we might as well start with the things with don’t understand about it, namely the reason why it has a smiley face design.
12. The shape
There is nothing like adding that special twist when it comes to food preparation. Making a dish extra special is a must when you want to impress someone or please your own senses. Still, not everything is possible, even if you have the means to do it. As you can see, the eggs did not take the expected shape here.
13. The cat
It is true that cat live in a world of their own, and we are just part of it. There is no telling what a cat might be plotting, and even think that felines may be up to something that could change the course of life as we know it. The image you see here contains two cats, one of which is hiding in plain sight.
14. The menu
There is nothing like going to the drive-through to grab a cup of coffee and something tasty to nibble on. We believe that people who have a busy schedule always prefer to visit such places. One person decided to do this and was probably just as stunned as we are after they saw the googly eyes on the menu.

This is one creepy image that would require you to take a second look. As you can see, one person took an image that appears to be normal at first. The messy garage is not the thing you should focus on. The second floor is where to look. The window is obviously taken by a few cats, and their eyes add an eerie touch to the picture.

We can all remember how our parents always made us eat our veggies, and they did it only because they wanted us to grow healthy. Some of us continue to love veggies, but images like this one make us think twice before we include in our menu. The bell pepper you see here has the weirdest face ever.

We can all agree that eggs are the type of food that has it all – good taste, nutritional value, and low price. They also taste good, but there are hacks that can make eggs a weird food choice. Needless to say, it all depends on the type of eggs. In this case, these penguins eggs have transparent whites even after they were boiled.

Well, there you have it. Even the washing machine at home can be the source of nightmares, and you can see exactly what we mean by that. There are people who would never notice this, but once you see it, you would never be able to unsee it, and we feel intimidated by this creepy doll.

Nature has its own ways of making things happen, and you can see one of its amazing perks here. What you see here is not a snowflake, but a real spider that was turned into an eerie-shaped crystal. Seeing this in the wild would be fascinating.
