Most people have probably seen the Horrible Bosses movie and its sequel. The movie is all about a few employees who were fed up with complying with their bosses’ horrible attitude or requirements. There is no doubt that the fun scenarios of these two movies have probably happened in real life, at least partially. We guess that the list below will serve as a way of proving that there are bosses who eventually regret something about employees they either fired or forced to quit. The list is a practical guide for employers, as they would see the things they should never do if they want to keep the employees they want to have around indefinitely.

Now, this is something that should probably not be a thing at all, but we think that the ones who are responsible for such a decision simply don’t care. Instead, they take advantage of huge budgets and spend them, and their bosses probably think everything is going fine.
