Most people have probably seen the Horrible Bosses movie and its sequel. The movie is all about a few employees who were fed up with complying with their bosses’ horrible attitude or requirements. There is no doubt that the fun scenarios of these two movies have probably happened in real life, at least partially. We guess that the list below will serve as a way of proving that there are bosses who eventually regret something about employees they either fired or forced to quit. The list is a practical guide for employers, as they would see the things they should never do if they want to keep the employees they want to have around indefinitely.
1. The phones
Now, this is something that should probably not be a thing at all, but we think that the ones who are responsible for such a decision simply don’t care. Instead, they take advantage of huge budgets and spend them, and their bosses probably think everything is going fine.
2. The boss
They say that karma is always there, waiting to get you by surprise. It seems that you would never be able to escape the faith of getting served by karma, except if you always do the right thing and treat people the right way.
3. The job
We are well aware that some companies have weird staff policies that involve either weird or absurd things, and this is one such example. Imagine the level of management of this company. They should have never hoped for such a thing,

Here is yet another proof that doing the right thing would eventually pay back, and vice versa. It seems that people are sometimes rude to their colleagues and employees for no reason at all, and this example proves that this is not doing anyone any favors.

Now, this is how you should never treat the person in charge of the numbers, regardless of the business niche you are operating in. There are plenty of examples to back this statement up with, and this is one of them. This business owner regretted the decision for sure.

This is something that this business owner should have foreseen, as it was likely to happen, You don’t just shut a person out the day you part ways with them, especially when they were a key figure for the proper management of your operations.

People need to set their priorities straight, and there is no doubt that running your business the right way is the most important thing of them all. This person was close to bringing millions of dollars for their former company, but they treated them badly, so the deals were never closed.

Here is how one employee decided to do something about the injustice they have been served, and we can’t even get mad about this act of revenge. As you can see, the person simply did what they had to do and seized the opportunity to get back at the people who fired them in such a manner.

We know that some people are not the best colleagues to have, but others are pure gold and they are worth sticking around with, which is what happened here. It is true that there are people out there who would never be able to have the courage to walk away in such a situation, but this cook did it.

Now, this is the kind of thing that every good manager should expect and foresee long before it happens. As you can see, this person surely had something to do with the chaos that followed, but we guess he did not do anything about it later, too.

Here is yet another example of a person who clearly had no idea about the thing that was about to happen – they let her go but restricted her account before that. As you can see, it was not the best idea to do that, as the boss quickly realized it was a mistake.

The thing about being petty is that it never serves you right, and you need to go through that lesson several times before you realize it is never worth it. Here is one fine example of what we mean. This person decided to file in her notice, but her bosses were not happy about that.

There are many people that would confirm that a single man can be the leader of a whole department and that everything would always rely on his effort. This is a post that proves it, and we guess the person really made the right decision by choosing another company.

The moments when people begin to realize the value you bring to their company are also the times when it is too late for them to do anything, at least in most cases. This person had enough and refused a double salary. Her decision was final and probably for good.

Some people are too emotional and take rash decisions they later regret, which was the thing that happened here. This boss wanted to show who the superior person was, and it was only a matter of time for him to find out he was wrong.

There is an old saying that claims nobody is irreplaceable, but this tweet shows that some people are very hard or impossible to replace at all. This person used the information she had to her leverage and earned money from her former employer.
22. The hospital
It seems that this person had the last laugh and thought that the company they were part of before got what they deserved. This is a logical chain of events, to be honest, and we can all see why this person’s boss did not deserve to have qualified employees.
23. The accounts
Here is one example of how some people never learn, even when the voice of reason is by their side. As you can see, this team member wanted to prevent a huge problem from happening, but it did not work. The harm was done and it was something perfectly preventable.
24. The email
The desire of some people to punish those who dare to leave their company is not a healthy habit to have and it could lead to losses. In this case, the boss didn’t even know the person was the administrator.
25. The interview
Here is a great example of bosses thinking they have the last word, but being wrong about it. There are numerous examples of such situations, but this is the best one so far.

Well, this is the perfect example why you should not act while under affect, because there are consequences of every action you make.
