Tech support is probably one of the most underrated departments in every corporate structure. Despite the fact some people think they sit around all day doing nothing, tech support employees have a lot on their heads. For instance, they need to put up with all the demands people working at their company have when it comes to maintenance. Sometimes, these requests are more than absurd. Luckily, we get to see some examples that tech support employees shared for everyone to see.

Here is how a laptop should never be used. The battery of this device started to swell but the people who use it did not mind it at all and kept charging and using the machine. This is not a good idea, as the battery may burst if overcharged.
