Sometimes people can be weird. We have all been in a situation where something obvious had to be explained to us by another person. Despite being smart and all grown up sometimes every single one of us have those moments. 1. The babies
There is an old joke stating that the first baby after marriage comes quicker and the other are taking 9-10 months to develop. So, maybe the case here is that the person believed the joke.
2. The turtles
You don’t have to be ashamed that you didn’t know something. It can happen to every single one of us.
3. The dog
Every pet becomes part of the family. Only people who have never really had a pet would not consider it part of the family.
4. The camo pattern
To create a camo pattern you will really have to buy multiple cans of paint tinted differently. You can’t have a camo color in the same can.
5. North and South poles
Yes, neither one is really hot. They both are freezing cold. Logically the south should be hot, because if you have a south window you see the sun all day long.
6. The sun and the Moon
This man had to explain his neighbour that the sun and the moon are completely different things.
7. The earth
This man had to explain his friend that the earth is not 2k years old, despite being 2022 right now. Before that it was called BC.
8. The insurance
This person obviously didn’t understand that when he signed up for insurance he had to pay for it as well.
9. The mother
This person had to explain his mother that Meat is mostly the muscle tissue of an animal. Well, he didn’t win this argument though, but at least he tried.
10. The borders of the states
Well, when I was little I thought exactly the same – the borders are visible from the sky, as on the map. The first time I realized that they are not visible is when I first flew when I was like 20.
11. The islands
The islands don’t tip over if you put too much weight on the edge, because they are not floating on the water. It could happen if they were floating though.
12. The chicken
Rare and medium rare chicken in fact does exist, but it needs a special preparation which takes a long time. Maybe these people have read somewhere (just like me) that it’s delicious and that’s why they asked for it.
13. The Office Depot
By law you can’t be printing any bills, because you can get in trouble. In some states it is allowed if you shrink or enlarge the copy, but I wouldn’t take the chances.
14. The penguins
This person had to explain his teacher that penguin was a bird. Yes, they are flightless birds. It is an often mistake.
15. The rooms
I haven’t really heard of a room below the sea level on any cruise ship. Maybe it is a part of some sort of safety measures.
16. The submarines
Most people say “if I don’t see it, it is not real” and it’s really hard to see a submarine. Maybe this was the case here.
17. The pasta
Yes, to make pasta you will have to boil the water for a while. Most people who haven’t cooked pasta don’t really know this.
18. The travel to Hawaii
This person had to explain his ex girls brother that hawaii is an island and you can only go there if you fly.
19. The mother
Most people who have money can’t imagine living with less money and maybe this was the case here.
20. The electric blanket
Well, at first it may look like a good idea, but in order for your sheets to get dry, they will need some air otherwise they will get mold.
21. The rain
Well, it does make sense, but unfortunately nature does not work like that. It is basically unpredictable.
22. The pickles
Pickles are actually kind of cucumbers. It may sound strange to you, but they are.
23. The Indians
This person had to explain his college friend that you don’t really have spices running in your blood if you eat spicy foods.
24. Going to work and getting payed
Most people always complain and skip work every chance they have. It is good to understand that if you skip work every single time you will not get payed for the days off.
25. The calories
Those kind of drinks actually does have a lot of calories, because of the sugar it’s made from.
26. The dish soap
There is no problem having your own minimum for washing dishes. Well, some of them may require more soap, some may less – it depends on how dirty they are.
27. The packing tape
Well, I didn’t really knew how to use that kind of tape until I first moved out. That was the day I learned how to use packing tape.
28. The plants
You can’t just bring plant with you and crossing borders. There are special regulation for that. And yes, Avocado and Mango are in fact plants.
29. The eggs
It’s pretty common that people don’t really know how to cook when they first move out. I learned pretty quick though.
30. The eggs
Not everybody I know likes eggs. So, it’s kind of personal choice.
31. The elevator
Well, it sounds kind of logical, but it works in a different way. If you want to go up, you press the up button and if you want to press down, you press the down button.
32. Halloween
Well, this was a trend when I first saw that Halloween this year will be Friday the 13th. When you think about it it can’t really happen, because Halloween is at the end of October.
