Millennials are sometimes roasted by baby boomers or other age groups for a number of reasons, and these reasons are sometimes not accurate at all. We know that millennials are actually the age group that has been through a lot of hardships. Economically , millennials were forced to make it on their own through times such as the world economic crisis, not to mention the ever rising prices of everything. Still, this generation has proven to be able to endure no matter what. 1. The entitled people
This is a situation that most of us have seen happen way too many times, and having someone tell millennials that they act like that is disrespectful, to say the least.
2. The shows
We understand that this might be true for some, but we never think of this as a problem, to be honest. Millennials are keen on entertainment, and not all of them are too sensitive.

Well, this is surely not the kind of thing we would refer to as a problem. It is simply a matter of speech, and nobody would expect someone to talk as they were in the 70s.
4. The fact
Well, there you have it – a short post that describes what is wrong with this world altogether, especially when it comes fo differences in generations.

This is what some of the problems with job occupations that exist today are all about. People have no clear idea of the differences present in the employment market today.

Some people think that individuals born in the 80s or 90s are still kids that do not know better. They consider them incapable of taking care of themselves.

This is something that we consider being a problem, but not for millennials. Other generations need to learn that we simply want to live while amassing experiences, not possessions.

This is something that needs to be addressed as a problem, but not to millennials for sure. Restaurants need to comply with the demand, that it as all there is.

This is yet another supposed problem that we guess is not that much of a problem. We all know the path a diamond ring needs to follow before entering the store.

Some people use the young age of someone as a reason to blame them for this or that, but this was not appropriate in this case. We guess that this person explained things as they were.

This is not a problem for sure, and we guess that one could see it as a solution to a problem. Not acting entitled is a good thing that millennials understand.

Some people never understand that others take care of themselves by not staying at a company where they are often mistreated and underpaid.

This is not a problem, but an advantage. We guess some people go too far and are addicted, but having the chance to have a means of communication in your pocket is awesome.

Here is something that we kind of agree with, to be honest. We know that some people have no problem with this, there are others who consider this a problem.

Now, this is something that most people need to understand. Most individuals never realize who exactly can be referred to as a millennial, and that is often the problem.

This is yet another person who thinks that everyone below their age is a kid just waiting for adult life to come. Saying this to someone who’s 30 is just not right, we guess.

This person also spoke about the supposed chain restaurant business problem, but also stated that having easy access to information was a bad thing, which is not.

We guess that people who are above 40 or 50 need to acknowledge the fact that millennials were largely forced to defend this very flag, and they need to be respected for it.
25. The relatives
If there is a post from a millennial that we have all the support we could give, this is the one. We despised being made to kiss relatives we didn’t even like in the first place.
26. The habit
This person gave a good example of how other accuse millennials of this or that, but then they go and to the exact same thing, which is not nice, of course.
27. The people
Schools still have these trophies, but they were not established as a request from millennials. We even think millennials would rather not have these.
28. The arrogance
We simply can’t agree with this, and we know that most people would confirm that people who act like that are most often not from the millennial generation.
29. The term
Well, this is true, but the term still refers to one particular age group. We know that the last part of this post is what defines a bigger problem with younger people.
30. The socilasits
Here is something that people are not always ready or prepared to understand. We guess that most of us would agree with this post in a heartbeat.
31. The illness
This is nothing but offensive, and we cannot believe there are people who would talk like that or make fun of people struggling with such a condition.

Here is one great way to start the list. This person wanted to roast the student dentist for using something they couldn’t use on their own, not realizing it was for their own good.
