Working in any retail niche is never easy. We believe that all those who are involved in communicating with people all day long would easily confirm just how hard, boring, or challenging it can be, to name a few things. This applies when you work in a library, too. It might come as a surprise to some, but librarians learn a lot about people from interacting with them.
