Most people can probably share their personal experiences with a bad job interview. We have shared such stories multiple times before, and they always vary from cringe-worthy to downright hilarious. Still, there are two sides to any job application process, and we must not forget about the people behind it: the HR department. Much like job applicants, hiring managers can tell a lot of stories that could be either funny, creepy, or just plain weird. It always makes us wonder how some people survive after not wanting to work at all. No wonder this person spotted all the red flags they searched for.

Some people would never be able to socialize, no matter how badly they want it to happen. In this case, the person who applied for this position needs to think twice.

We often think that CEOs may actually shame HR people in such cases, but this did not happen here, and the candidate got what they deserved.

As we already mentioned, some candidates are too honest for their own good. While that might be a trait, it is also why they don’t get hired sometimes.
