We understand that some individuals try to sleep as much as possible, but they could never achieve the ultimate goal: falling asleep as soon as they lay their heads on those pillows. This sounds easy, but it is a privilege that not all of us have, which is why we decided to share this list. I, personally don’t recommend sleep meds if they are not prescribed, so be careful on this one.
