The animal kingdom is full of interesting creatures! There are more species than you could ever imagine! Unfortunately, their variety is shrinking because we lose a lot of them on a daily basis and we can blame our activity as a race for that sad fact. Of course, most people will never actually realize the incredible diversity of animals and the following list was designed to help change that. When given a different perspective, every person could evaluate their own level of knowledge. Some of the animals seen in the images below literally blew our minds!

The biggest one ever seen was more than 4 feet long, which is about the size of large dog!

These two starfish specimens were found in the waters near Antarctica and they were quite a catch!

This is the largest crab you could find among those living on land and it looks intimidating!
7. Meet Freddy, the world’s biggest dog
He even holds the current Guinness World Record for his incredible height!
8. These South American beetles are massive
As you can see, these are some really huge bugs and they can be more than 6 inches long!
9. This is Brutus, an 18-feet-long croc
This massive beast is approximately 80 years old and he was photographed in 2011 for the first time.
10. These are some of the most graceful horses in existence
The Percheron breed is distinctive and you can definitely see the reason why!
11. Here is one massive lizard
This person found a salamander which is more than huge! The biggest one we ever saw!
12. This is a flying fox bat
We have seen this kind of bats before but never one this huge!

If you have a fear from insects, then you will probably wish you never meet this cricket in person!

This is the crab with the largest leg span in the world and it looks intimidating!

It appears that these magnificent creatures can grow absolutely massive in size!

This is definitely not the type of creature we want to see in person!
17. African land snails can grow very big
Some of the biggest ever found are longer than eight inches and that is definitely one huge snail!
18. You do not want to mess with this eagle
The beautiful bird appears to be calm but due to its size it could be dangerous to hang around it.
19. This seal is super cute and super huge
This is definitely the biggest seal we have ever seen in our lives!
20. Believe it or not, this is a moth
It is called the Attacus Atlas moth and it is the largest of its kind!
